York is overflowing with musical talent of all styles and genres and our roster of bands reflects that.

Whether you and your guests want to sing your heart out to pop, rock and indie classics on the dancefloor, get down to some soul and Motown or shimmy the night away to our Latin and World bands, we have the musical solution for you!

As well as party performers, we have beautiful string quartets, exquisite jazz groups, solo wedding singers, tribute acts and brass bands to give your day a special edge.

With with its narrow medieval streets and Gothic cathedral, York is a romantic setting for a wedding, and is host to a treasure trove of historic wedding venues.

A few venues where our bands perform regularly include: The Grand Hotel and Spa, York Racecourse, Middlethorpe Hall, The Merchant Taylors' Hall and The Principal York.

Other York venues we like are: The Judge's Lodging, The Hospitium, Grays Court and The Royal York Hotel.

All our bands are fully self-contained with their own PA sound system, microphones, backline amplifiers and instruments. This works really well for most marquee or indoor weddings.

Let us know if you're expecting more than 250 guests, so we can check whether the act’s system is large enough.

Most bands will also bring lighting for both the stage and dancefloor.
